Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Each item is custom-made so we do not accept returns. If you're unhappy, contact me on Instagram at quentin.quarantino to resolve any issues. If there's a problem with your order that needs a refund, you'll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
